About Sara
Sara Clark-Williams is the founder of Launch Your Life, helping women who are self-employed
to create the life they want. As a Life Coach, Sara helps her clients discover what they really want for their life and business, and then to create a realistic and motivating plan to achieve that. She works with “fempreneurs” who are ready to do what it takes to achieve their goals.
Sara has honed her ability to see situations from multiple perspectives and is highly successful at helping others do the same. Her open and direct approach is effective in helping her clients move forward. They quickly see that she genuinely wants to see them succeed at whatever their goal and are held accountable throughout. As a critical piece of her program, she strongly emphasizes a practical, result-oriented approach so clients make visible progress and learn manageable ways to make changes and experience success on their own in the future.
Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Early in her career she worked with teens to help them gain the confidence and skills necessary for them to succeed in college. She later facilitated life skills workshops, working with women in recovery from drugs and alcohol in the process of rebuilding their lives.
Sara then spent several years providing coaching and training to managers and teams in both the corporate and nonprofit world, aimed at increasing their personal and professional effectiveness. A large part of this work focused on leadership development and process improvement initiatives. Currently, in addition to working with women who are self-employed (“fempreneurs”) through Launch Your Life, she fulfills some of her other passions through working with nonprofit social service and animal welfare organizations, helping them to become better equipped to fulfill their mission.
