The LAUNCH Process

The coaching process consists of 6 steps with a specific purpose. By intentionally progressing through this process, we will ensure that you get the most from your efforts.

Step 1: Label What You Want

This is the first, critical step in getting closer to reaching your goal and creating the life you want. You must create awareness of and clarity about what you REALLY want before you can go after it and make it a reality.

Step 2: Ask if It’s Right for You

This step is about understanding why you want the change, why it’s important to you, if it’s right for YOU and if it’s right for you NOW.

Step 3: Unearth Your Action Plan

Once you’ve identified what you want and confirmed that it makes sense for you, it’s time to plan how you will make the change by identifying key strategies and actions you can take.

Step 4:  Navigate Your Plan

Do what it takes to make the change happen. The plan should break down your change into manageable steps that can be implemented over time. Start forward movement toward your goal and you’ll see and feel results!

Step 5: Check Your Progress

Throughout the time that you’re working your plan we work together to keep you accountable by checking in with your progress. Some changes can take months, and waiting until the end to feel successful is difficult. Celebrate forward progress toward your end-goal!

Step 6: Harvest and Recognize Your Results

Once you complete your plan, look back to assess your accomplishments and gather lessons you learned along the way. Feel the sense of accomplishment of following through with your plan and creating the life you want.
